Dynamical phase transition for a stochastic pinning model

We consider the heat bath dynamics associated to a pinning model. The pinning model is a very simple equilibrium system with a well understood phase transition between a localized phase and a delocalized phase. We show that this transition appears also at the dynamical level: in the localized phase the mixing time is polynomial in the size L of the system but is smaller than every power of L in the delocalized phase.
