Cholesterol

Skewness and kurtosis

Classroom task I.

Classroom task II.

Classroom notes I.

Classroom notes II.

First we learned the material found in Classroom notes I. and then we simulated two dimensional normal distribution (see classroom task I.). It is worthwhile to change the parameters and observe the changes in the scatter plot.

Then we focused on the material found in Classroom notes II. Finally we imported the cholesterol data and we calculated the average and sample standard deviation (square root of the sample variance) statistics of variables day 2 cholesterol and day 4 cholesterol (see classroom task II.).
