We will mostly follow the book Finney, Thomas: Calculus (copies are available in the library), and the following collection of exercises.
Definitions, theorems, proofs for Part 1 of the written exam, and a list of topics for the exercises in Part 2 of the written exam. In the oral exam (optional) any question or exercise from Part 1 and 2 can be expected.
