February 3 & 4 (Friday & Saturday)
Since the 1970's, the biannual workshop "Groups and Topological Groups" is organized by different universities in Central Europe. The topic of interest is group theory in a wide sense, including abstract algebra, discrete mathematics, module theory and the theories of Lie, algebraic and topological groups.
The next meeting will take place on the 3rd and 4th of February (Friday & Saturday), 2017 in Budapest, at the University of Technology. Address: BME Campus, Building “H”, Institute of Mathematics.
